A History of TAW

It is unlikely that you will find a gaming community out there that can talk about being around since early 2001. TAW has a long history of adapting and improving it's structure, keeping pace with the changing winds of PC gaming.

From our casual beginnings in January 2001 through to current day there are many events and people that have shaped our journey.

This collection of key events and dates will give you a glimpse in the the rich and varied history of The Art of Warfare.

We have organised it into five year periods to make it easier to browse and hope you enjoy this short look back in time at our development over the years
